  If your Heat Controller Heat Pump is not operating in cooling mode, set the reversing valve for cooling demand and check for 24 VAC on the RV CXM board. If the RV is stuck, run high pressure up by reducing and while operating engage and disengage RV to push valve. Check for ‘O’ RV set-up not ‘B’ on the thermostat. Check the O wiring at the heat pump and jumper O and R. Put the thermostat in cooling mode and check for 24 VAC between C and O, and between W and C. There should be voltage on W. If voltage is present on W, the thermostat is either faulty or wired incorrectly.
