Why won't my Heath Zenith Accessories lights come on?
    • L
      Levi LuceroJul 30, 2025
There are several reasons why your Heath Zenith Accessories lights might not be turning on. First, ensure that the light switch is in the on position. Then, check the light bulb to make sure it is not loose or burned out, and replace it if needed. Also, verify that the fuse hasn't blown or the circuit breaker hasn't been tripped. If it's daytime, the daylight turn-off feature might be active, so check again after dark. For new installations, double-check the circuit wiring. Finally, try re-aiming the sensor to cover the desired area.

Why do my Heath Zenith Accessories lights stay on all the time?
    • K
      Kimberly BallardAug 7, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Accessories lights are staying on continuously, it could be due to a few reasons. One possibility is that a lamp is positioned too close to the sensor or pointed at nearby objects that cause heat to trigger the sensor; try repositioning the lamp. Another reason might be that the light control is pointed toward a heat source, such as an air vent; in this case, reposition the sensor. Lastly, check if the light control is in Manual Mode and switch it to Auto.

What to do if my Heath Zenith Accessories lights flash on and off?
    • M
      megan43Aug 13, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Accessories lights are flashing on and off, it could be due to several factors. The heat or light from the lamps might be turning the light control on and off, so try repositioning the lamps away from the sensor. Reflected heat from other objects may also be affecting the sensor, so reposition the sensor. If the light control is in Test mode, this flashing is normal as it warms up. Another cause might be the light control detecting a light source; in this case, reposition the light control or lamp.

Why do my Heath Zenith Accessories lights turn on in daylight?
    • L
      Logan BeckAug 22, 2025
If your Heath Zenith Accessories lights are turning on during the day, it could be because the light control is installed in a relatively dark location; try repositioning it to a different location. Alternatively, the light control might be in Test mode; if so, set the control switch to an ON-TIME position.
