NOTE: Transistors will be installed
on the circuit board in the following
steps. Solder the leads after each
transistor is installed ; then cut off
the excess lead lengths.
N 2N2654 transistors at Q4, Q5,
'Q 6, and Q7. Position each tran-
sistor with its tab as shown.
Mount each transistor with its
body about 1/ 4" above the cir-
cuit board.
2712 orange dot transistors
417-67) at Q8, Q9, Ql0, Qll ,
2, and Q13. Install the tran-
tors in the following manner,
as shown. First line up the flat
side of the transistor with the
outline of the flat on the circuit
board. Then insert the tran-
sistor leads into their correct
holes which are indicated by
E, C, and B. Mount each tran-
sistor about 1/ 4" above the
circuit board.
