Standard accessories are subject to change without notice.
This product requires assembly. The product must be assembled correctly before use.
ASSEMBLY
The rope hoist is equipped with two mounting brackets (fig. 1 / part 1), by means of which
it must be attached to the square profile - beam. The beam dimensions must correspond to
the size of the mounting brackets.
- The beam must be able to support twice the rated load of the rope hoist.
- The beam is not included.
- All bolts must be properly tightened.
1. Mount the machine on a steel beam (profile). Use only the enclosed mounting brackets for
attachment, which are mounted to the upper part of the machine body using bolts, spring
and flat washers (fig. 5).
2. The steel beam must have a dimension of 46x46 mm, a wall thickness of at least 2.3 mm
and a length of at least 450 mm.
3. The steel beam must be securely anchored in the wall. The anchor must be firmly installed in
an appropriate manner to withstand a load twice the rated load of the rope hoist.
4. The hoist must be installed straight and must not be tilted.
5. The remote control (fig. 1 / part 11) must always be easily accessible; install it at a height
of 0.8 m to 1.5 m from the floor (fig. 5).
6. When using the auxiliary pulley, insert the main lashing hook into the hook mounting hole
(fig. 1 / part 2) in the machine body.
BEFORE STARTING
C Before connecting the device to the mains, make sure that the data on the type
plate corresponds to the data relating to the mains.
C The attachment and connection should be checked by a qualified technician before
starting and putting the machine into operation.
Always test the hoist without load and check the following:
- mobility of the operating switch, which provides control of the lifting and lowering of
the hook with the load for moving up/down.
- mobility of the upper end switch bracket and functionality of the switch
- mobility of the lower end switch bracket and functionality of the switch
- condition of the steel wire rope (fig. 4) - if the steel wire rope shows any possible damage
(cracks or bends) or 20 hours after use have been reached, replace it immediately.
- any unusual sounds during and after start-up.
WARNING! B
Always unplug the device before adjusting it.
