Transporting And Lifting Instructions
Observe and obey:
√ While using a crane lifting machine, keep
the normal judgment and planned to con-
trol the movement of the machine.
√ The transport vehicle must be parked on a
level surface.
√ The transport vehicle must be secured to
prevent rolling while the machine is being
loaded.
√ Be sure the vehicle capacity, loading sur-
faces and chains or straps are sufficient to
withstand the machine weight. lifts are
very heavy relative to their size. See the
serial label for the machine weight.
√ The machine must be on a level surface
or secured before releasing the brakes.
√ Do not allow the rails to fall when the snap
pins are removed. Maintain a firm grasp
on the rails when the rails are lowered.
√ Do not drive the machine on a slope that
exceeds the uphill, downhill or side slope
rating. See Driving on a Slope in the Oper-
ating Instructions section.
√ If the slope of the transport vehicle bed
exceeds the maximum slope rating, the
machine must be loaded and unloaded us-
ing a winch as described in the brake re-
lease operation.
Brake release operation
For hydraulic drive products
of,JS0607,JS0607Li,JS0607W,JS0607WLi,
JS0612,JS0612Li,JS0812,JS0812Li,JS1012,
JS1012Li,JS1212,JS1212Li,JS1414,JS1414
Li.
1. Chock the wheels to prevent the machine
from rolling.
2. Be sure the winch line is properly se-
cured to the drive chassis tie points and
the path is clear of all obstructions.
3. Push in the black brake release knob to
open the brake valve.
4. Pump the red brake release pump knob.
For Electric drive products
of,JS0607E,JS0607ELi,JS0607WE,
JS0607WELi,JS0612E,JS0612ELi,
JS0812E,JS0812ELi,JS1012E,JS1012ELi,
JS1212E,JS1212ELi,JS1414E,JS1414ELi
1. Chock the wheels to prevent the machine
from rolling.
2. Be sure the winch line is properly se-
cured to the drive chassis tie points and
the path is clear of all obstructions.
3. Lift the red button cover.
4. Press the break release switch to on po-
sition.
5. The break will be released.
For JS0407NE,JS0407NELi products of,
1. Chock the wheels to prevent the machine
from rolling.
2. Emergency stop button on the ground
and platform controls to the on position.
3. Lift the red button cover.
4. Press the break release switch to on po-
sition.
5. Press and hold lift switch to “down” posit-
ing in ground control, meanwhile turn on
the key switch to the “ground” position.
The break will be released after Alarm
alerts.
