STEERING LOCK

Be cautious when riding over slippery
surfaces such as railway tracks, iron
plates, manhole covers, painted lines, etc.
•
For your safety:
•
Exercise extreme caution when braking,
accelerating or turning.
•
Ride at slower speeds and allow for extra
stopping distance.
•
When riding on wet or loose surfaces, be
cautious.
•
Keep the vehicle as upright as possible.
PARKING
When riding in wet or rainy conditions or on
loose surfaces, the ability to manoeuvre and
stop will be reduced.
•
After stopping the vehicle turn the
ignition switch to "OFF" position.
•
Use the main stand to support the vehicle
while parked, lock and remove the key.
•
Lock the steering to prevent theft.
NOTE
•
If you must park on a slight incline, aim the
front of the vehicle uphill to reduce the
possibility of rolling off the main stand or
overturing.
•
Park the vehicle on firm, level surface to
prevent it from falling over.
CAUTION
!!
The exhaust pipe and muffler become very hot
during operation and remain sufficiently hot to
inflict burns if touched even after turning off
the engine.
