The accuracy is less than 0.5s/day at 23, fully comply with IEC 62054-21

It is suggested not to synchronize clock around 0:00 o’clock to prevent the
repetition or missing of frozen data.
13.1 DST
DST (Daylight Saving Time): DST is a system which regulates the local time for
energy conservation. In the implementation during of the system, the unified time is
called “DST”. Generally, in the summer with early morning, people will define the time
one hour ahead, so as to make people get up and go to bed early, reduce the amount of
lighting, thus making full use of light resources and saving lighting electricity.
13.1.1 DST configurable
Once set DST and activated, every year will follow this until program again.
Support set start time at any month any week any day and same as end time. Such as
start at Monday in last week of March and end at Friday in second week of September.
Or set start at March 10th, end at September 8th directly.
After entering DST, meters time will be adjusted by 1 hour ahead. When exiting
DST, meter time shall be adjusted by 1 hour backward.
