When DST function is enable or disable, or DST table configuring, or meter’s clock
writing, all is need to wait till the hour, then it will execute DST switch judgment.
When executing DST function is disabled, to ensure that meter’s clock can switch
back to normal time, please to execute one command of wring meter clock.

Support 4 tariff rates.
Support maximum 50 holidays.
Holidays can be divided into two types: special yearly holiday and public yearly
holiday. Special yearly holidays only take effect in specific years, while public yearly
holidays take effect in all years.
Maximally 6 season tables can be configured for each year, and each season
corresponds to a weekly time table.
Maximally 8 weekly time tables can be configured, and each weekly time table
supports separate configuration of daily time table from Monday to Sunday.
Maximally 8 daily time tables can be configured, and each daily time table supports
configuration of up to 8 time periods. Configuration of crossing zero is also available.
