Note
If mutual-authencaon is required for the server, the device needs to install both client
cercate and CA cercate. If not, the device needs to install CA cercate.
1. Click Conguraon → System → Maintenance → Security Audit Log .
2. Install client cercate.
1. Click Create to create cercate request.
2. Click Download to download cercate request.
3.
Oponal: Click Delete and repeat step1 and step 2 to create new cercates.
4. Send the cercate to instuon for authencaon.
5. Click Browse to select authencated cercate and click Install.
3. Install CA
cercate
1. Obtain CA cercate.
2. Click Browse to select CA cercate and click Install.

Congure log server.
1. Check Enable Log Upload Server.
2. CheckEnable Encrypted Transmission.
Note
Enctypted transmission will be disabled when the device is not equipped with client
cercate and CA cercate.
3. Set server parameters.
Log Server Address
Server address, e.g., IP address.
Log Server Port
Data port of log server.
4. Click Test. Test success means the device is connected to the log server.
5. Click Save.
Result: The device will upload security audit logs to the server regularly.
The
funcon may vary according to dierent device models. Refer to the actual device for
details.

Authencaon
Set RTSP and WEB authencaon.
Digest, digest/basic authencaon are supported. Dierent authencitaon mode requires
dierent informaon. Refer to the protocol for details.
