Chapter 8 ATM Sengs
8.1 Network Intercepon
The transacon informaon of ATM, including transacon card No, transacon amount,
transacon behaviour, etc., can be captured by monitoring the data package of the network
communicaon.
Before You Start
Connect the device and the ATM
(Automac Teller Machine) to the network properly.
Steps
1. Go to System → ATM Sengs .
2. Check Enable ATM.
3. Select Input as Network
Intercepon.
4. Enter the ATM IP address.
5. Select a protocol. If you select Custom, refer to Custom Protocol
Sengs for details.
6. Click Apply.
8.2 Serial Port
Intercepon
The transacon informaon, including transacon card No, transacon amount, transacon
behaviour, etc., can be captured by monitoring the data package of the serial port communicaon.
Before You Start
Connect the device and the ATM (Automac Teller Machine) via the serial port properly.
Steps
1. Go to System → ATM Sengs .
2. Check Enable ATM.
3. Select Input as Serial Port
Intercepon.
4. Select a protocol. If you select Custom, click RS-232 to set Protocol, Baud Rate, Data Bit, etc.

Sengs for custom parameter seng details.
5. Click Apply.
8.3 Network Protocol
TCP connecon is established between the device and ATM in server/client mode. The transacon
informaon,
including transacon card No, transacon amount, transacon behavior, etc., will be
sent from the ATM to the device.
Before You Start
Connect the device and the ATM (Automac Teller Machine) to the network properly.
