How to fix overheating on my Hilti DD 150-U Drill?

If your Hilti Drill is overheating, it means the motor has overheated and the drill is running in cooling mode. Wait a few minutes for the motor to cool down, or let the drill run under no load to speed up the process. Once the normal temperature is reached, the display indication will disappear, and the drill will activate the restart interlock. At that point, switch the drill off and then on again.
