Why is my Hisun Offroad Vehicle engine difficult to start?
    • J
      Jessica GonzalesAug 8, 2025
There could be several reasons why your Hisun Offroad Vehicle engine is difficult to start. It could be due to no fuel flow, which requires checking the fuel tank, fuel filter, electric fuel pump, and injector. The ECU can be checked with Motor Scan KF90121, and components replaced if needed. Alternatively, water in the fuel system could be the issue, so ensure the fuel tank cover is tight. In winter, increased oil viscosity can slow the engine revolution, so using oils of different viscosities based on ambient temperatures is recommended. Lastly, a weak battery can cause starting issues. Clean the battery cables and terminals, charge the battery, and in cold weather (below -15?), remove, charge, and store the battery indoors, installing it only when the vehicle will be used.

      Thomas HayesAug 17, 2025
If your Hisun Offroad Vehicle engine power is insufficient, several factors could be responsible. Start by checking the fuel system for sufficient fuel. Other possible causes include a clogged injector (clean or replace it), a spoiled crankshaft position sensor (replace it), a clogged air cleaner (clean or replace it), a dirty or spoiled spark plug (clean or replace it), or a spoiled ignition coil (replace it).

Why does my Hisun HS 700 Offroad Vehicle engine overheat?
    • J
      Jill ColonAug 27, 2025
Your Hisun Offroad Vehicle engine may overheat due to several reasons. You might be overloading the engine, so shift to a lower gear or reduce the load. Check for a low coolant level and fill the cooling system to the correct level, inspecting the radiator and hoses for loose connections or leaks. The motor-driven fan might not be turning, so check the fuse and the electric system. Also, a dirty radiator core or grille screens can cause overheating, so remove any trash. Finally, a corroded coolant flow route can be the culprit, so flush the cooling system.
