Why is my Hisun VECTOR 500 engine difficult to start?

  There could be several reasons why your Hisun Offroad Vehicle engine is hard to start. It could be due to no fuel flow, which requires checking the fuel tank, fuel filter, electric fuel pump, and injector. The ECU should be checked with Motor Scan KF90121 and components replaced if necessary. Water in the fuel system may be the cause, so ensure the fuel tank cover is tight. In cold weather, high oil viscosity can slow the engine revolution, so use oils with different viscosities depending on ambient temperatures. A weak battery can also prevent the engine from turning over quickly enough; clean the battery cables and terminals, charge the battery, and in very cold weather (below -15?), remove the battery, charge it, store it indoors, and install it only when the vehicle will be used.
