Theheightofthemotorhomemayvaryfromonejourneytothe
nextduetodierentroofloads.
The following applies for roof loads:
• Addthemeasurementoftheroofloadtotheheightofthe
motor home.
• Placeanotvisiblyinthedriver'scabgivingtheoverallheight.
This saves having to calculate the height when driving under
bridges and through tunnels.
Rear garage (model-specic)
When loading the rear garage adhere to the permissible axle
loadsandthetechnicallypermissibletotalmass.Distributepay-
loadevenly.Excesspointloadswilldamagetheoorcovering.
• Fullychargethebatteriesbeforeeachjourney.Pleaserefer
tothesectionon"Ancillarybattery".
•Switchonbatterycircuitbreaker.

• Closeallthewindowsintheenginehomeaswellassky-
lights in the roof.
• Retracttheentrancestep.
• Closethetapforthewastewatertank.
• Closeallofthegasstopvalvesonthegasdevices,with
theexceptionofthestopvalvefortheheatingifthevehi-
clehasbeenequippedwithagaspressureregulatorfor
usewhiledriving.(e.g.ControlCS,SecuMotion)
• Ifnecessaryremovethe230Velectriccablefromtheexterior
socket.
