17 MAINTENANCE
ATTE N TION
Perform all maintenance machine settings with the machine being
disconnected from the power supply!
Serious injury due to unintentional or automatic activation of the
machine!
The machine does not require intense maintenance. However, to ensure a long lifespan, we
strongly recommend following the upkeep and maintenance plan.
Repairs must be carried out by specialists!
17.1 Changing of the saw blade
NOTI CE
Wear safety gloves when you work with saw blades!
Disassemble the saw blade guard (3) (Fig. 9)
Remove the table insert (8) (Fig. 6).
Loosen the flange (Fig. 10). In rotational direction oft he saw blade!
Change saw blade. Observe the rotational direction!
For the assembly you have to do these steps backwards.
Before working with the saw again, check the functionality of the guards and the firm seat
of the saw blade.
17.2 Maintenance plan
Loose or lost screws, nuts, bolts
Regularly prior to each operation
Damage of any part of the machine
Regularly prior to each operation
Machine cleaning
Regularly after operation
17.3 Cleaning
Clean the machine from dirt, chippings, etc … Clean the machine housing with a wet cloth and a
mild cleaning solution.
I MP ORTA N T
The usage of solvents, aggressive chemicals or scouring agents damages the
machine housing.
17.4 Storage
Cover the machine with a cloth sheet and store it at a dry place.
17.5 Disposal
Do not dispose the machine in residual waste. Contact your local authorities for information
regarding the available disposal options. When you buy at your local dealer for a
replacement unit, the latter is obliged to exchange your old.
