6.4 Operation, readers with keypad
6.4.1 Authorization process
There are different possibilities of calling functions. Which of these possibilities is used, is defined
in the programming of the central control unit/EU.
”ID” refers to any data carrier or substitude code, authorized in the system.
The following table provides an overview.

Quick With the quick function, only the corresponding function key requires activating
(arm / disarm / function "F"). A PIN or data carrier is not required.
Only PIN The function can be triggered after entering the PIN.
Only ID The function can be triggered after reading a valid data carrier.
PIN or ID PIN data carrier are required to trigger the function.
PIN + ID PIN data carrier are required to trigger the function.
