The sensor was plastically deformed. The origi-
nal calibrated sensor value in unloaded condition
is not achieved again when lifting out.
¾ Check the sensor and replace it, if necessary.
Check the condition of the sensor while the
machine is lifted out. The sensor must rst
reach the taught mA value when without load.
If the system detects plastic deformation, the
sensor is no longer included in the calculation
of the control values. The sensor is included
again for the control after the problem has been
corrected and the system restarted.
¾ Re-teach sensor after replacement.
