How to fix loss of suction power in Host Cleaning Equipment?
    • J
      Jose Warren DVMAug 1, 2025
Loss of suction power in your Host Cleaning Equipment can occur if the filters are extremely dirty. You should clean or replace the filters. Also, check if the Velcro skirt is too low and adjust its height so that the lower edge just brushes the floor, aligning the slits with the corners of the Liberator.

If the filter light is illuminated on your Host Cleaning Equipment, it could indicate several issues: First, extremely dirty filters. Try cleaning or replacing them. Second, the bagless hopper might be full, so empty it. Third, there may be a clog in the hose, shoe, or vacuum cone. Inspect these parts for any buildup.

      Kevin JacksonAug 21, 2025
If your Host Cleaning Equipment Liberator isn't running, consider these potential causes: 1. Ensure the Liberator is properly plugged into a working wall outlet. 2. Verify that the power cord is securely connected to the pigtail twist lock on the back of the machine by twisting the pigtail lock cord. 3. Check for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. 4. Confirm that the motor switch is turned on. If the switches are on and it still doesn’t run, it should be returned to the manufacturer or authorized repair center. Contact your HOST Distributor.
