      If your entire HotSpring Hot Tub is inoperative, start by checking the power source. If the GFCI has tripped, reset it. If it won't reset, call for service. Disconnect power for at least thirty seconds to reset the heater high limit. Check for clogged filters if it trips again. Deactivate the spa lock if it's activated. Reset the heater thermal cut-off and check for clogged filters. The heater thermal cut-off will reset when the flow of water through the heater has been restored. Ensure the spa water level is adequate and the filters are clean. Open the Comfort Control lever if it's closed. If the circulation pump thermal cut-off tripped, check for clogged filters or air locks in plumbing. Disconnect power to the spa, allow circulation pump to cool.       If your HotSpring Hot Tub is completely inoperative, several issues could be the cause. First, check your power source. If that's not the problem, the GFCI might have tripped; try resetting it. If it continues to trip, call for service. The heater high limit thermostat or thermal cut-off may have tripped; disconnect power for at least thirty seconds to reset the heater high limit, and check for clogged filters. The circulation pump thermal cut-off may also have tripped; check for clogged filters or airlocks, disconnect power to let the pump cool.
