Error Code 10
The temperature sensor in the drain is broken. The oven can still be used, but the
error has to be corrected as soon as possible.
Steps Checklist Solution
1 Go to the test menu (oven) to see which
temperature is displayed.
2 Check the cable and the cable plugs and
change the plug, if necessary.
3 Test the sensor using an ohmmeter,
and check whether the value matches
the value in the table and the current
temperature.
If not, change the sensor.
4 - Change the I/O board.
Error Code 11
There is not enough water. The steam generator was not filled to high level water
within the maximum time.
Steps Checklist Solution
1 Go to the test menu (steam generator)
to see if the water level is correct. Adjust
the water level, if necessary. Check that
water is turned on. The water pressure
should be at least 2 bars.
2 Test whether the solenoid valve and
the level sensor are working (is 24VAC
measured at the coil when the fill valve is
activated?)
Clean the solenoid valve.
3 - Change the I/O board.
