HP 16600A Series User Manual

The HP E5351A high-density adapter provides a convenient and easy way to connect an HP
logic analyzer to the signals on your target system for packages that are difficult to probe, such
as BGAs. The proper RC networks and an AMP "Mictor 38" connector must be installed on
your target system board. See Application Note: Probing Solutions for HP Logic Analysis
