1. Remove all loose parts inside the shipping box, and the inside shock absorbing packing
materials. See Figure 3-1.

2. Close the flap with the handles cut in
it,
the other three flaps should be open.
3. Position yourself so that you must reach across the box to grasp the handles. See
Figure 3-2.
