The bulkhead and cable terminal blocks each contain a strain relief clamp. This
clamp prevents excessive stress on
the cables from damaging the connectors.
Route the cables through the clamp as shown
in Figure 36 and tighten the
screws. The clamp is connected to chassis ground. This means any exposed cable
shields that contact the clamp are also grounded.
