USB board
To remove the USB board, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the USB board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 30).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and rubber feet on page 30).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 32).
Remove the USB board:
1. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws (1) that secure the USB board to the computer.
2. Lift the board up and turn it over to access the cable connected to the bottom (2).
3. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector on the bottom of the board (3).
NOTE: If you need to replace the USB board cable, you must remove the system board and speakers.
To install the USB board, reverse this procedure.
Touchpad
