Ensure the printer is on and the adapter is connected to the camera/Pictbridge/host USB port, and that the adapter's LED is blinking. * The printer's accessibility setting might be set to “Not Visible”. Change this by going to Bluetooth in the printer's menu, then Accessibility, and select “Visible to All”. * The security level could be set to “High”. Adjust this in the Bluetooth settings of the printer by selecting Security Level and then “Low”. * The printer may be too far away. Move closer until a connection is established. * The device name may have been changed. If so, rediscover the printer to select the new name.

To fix this: * Disable sharing for the Ethernet adapter via Control Panel > Network and Dial-up Connections. * Right-click Local Area Connection, select Properties, go to the Sharing tab, and clear the “Enable Internet Connection Sharing” checkbox, then click OK. * Re-enable sharing for the Ethernet adapter by selecting the sharing box again. If prompted, choose the Bluetooth network adapter. Restart your computer if asked.
