Speakers
To remove the speakers, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 26).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 26).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 28).
Remove the speakers:
1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board (1).
2. Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 4.8 screws (2) that secure each speaker to the computer.
3. Remove the speakers from the computer (3) while removing the cable from the routing along the
bottom of the battery.
Reverse this procedure to install the speakers.
