9. Remove the Phillips PM2.5×5.0 screw (2) that secures the system board to the base enclosure.
10. Use the right side of the system board (1) immediately behind the optical drive connector board
(2) to lift the right side of the system board (3) until it rests at an angle.
CAUTION: When lifting the system board, do not exert any pressure on the optical drive
connector board (2). Failure to follow this caution can result in damage to the system board and
optical drive connector.
11. Remove the system board (4) by sliding it up and away from the base enclosure at an angle.
Reverse this procedure to install the system board.
