Undocked Profile
The Undocked Profile button sets the system to the active
Undocked Profile as defined in the nView Desktop Manager. For
more information, see the “Desktop Video Profiles” section, later
in this chapter.
Docked Profile
The Docked Profile button sets the system to the active Docked
Profile as defined in the nView Desktop Manager. For more
information, see the “Desktop Video Profiles” section, later in
this chapter.
Write Profile
The Write Profile button sets the system to the active Write
Profile as defined in the nView Desktop Manager. For more
information, see the “Desktop Video Profiles” section, later in
this chapter.
Standby
To initiate Standby:
» Select the Standby item.
Hibernate
To initiate Hibernation if Hibernation is enabled:
» Select the Hibernate item.

Hibernation is enabled by default. If Hibernation is not enabled,
selecting the Hibernate item initiates Standby.
To verify that Hibernation is enabled:
» Select Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance
icon > Power Options icon > Hibernate tab.
If Hibernation is enabled, the Enable Hibernation check box is
selected.
