SYNOPSIS
omnir -version | -help
omniclus -clus cluster_name -session {* | backup_specification}
-abortsess [-abortid {== | !=}application_id]

Under Windows, the -noclus option can be specified directly after -clus to
prevent loading of the cluster dynamic library
DESCRIPTION
The omniclus command, that is common to all platforms (UNIX and Windows)
allows the user to send the Data Protector Cell Manager special events that in some
way control the behavior of the Cell Manager and the backup sessions in a cluster
environment. omniclus allows balance loading by offering additional (CLI) control
of the Cell Manager in the cluster environment:
• abort sessions
• temporarily disabling the Cell Manager for backups
• specify the state of EMC/Symmetrix links after an application failover
Note: that the cluster_name specified with the -clus switch must be a cluster-
aware Data Protector Cell Manager.
