4. Remove the infrared sensor board (4) and cable.
Reverse this procedure to install the infrared sensor board.
Processor fan
To remove the processor fan, use these procedures and illustrations.

Before removing the processor fan, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 29).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 29).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 31).
Remove the processor fan:
1. Disconnect the processor fan cable (1) from the system board.
2. Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 3.7 screws (2) that secure the processor fan to the computer.
