8. Remove the drive cage (3) by sliding it up and to the right at an angle.
Reverse this procedure to install the drive cage.
Hard drive
Follow these steps to remove a hard drive:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 23).
2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 24).
3. Remove the drive cage (see Drive cage on page 28).
4. Remove the four Torx-15 M3.4×7.5 screws (1) that secure the hard drive to the drive cage.
