Open the expansion board retainer, and then remove the expansion slot cover.
5. Install the expansion board.
6. If necessary, install the shipping screw. For more information, see "Securing an expansion board for
shipping (on page 55)."
7. Close the expansion slot retainer.
8. Connect any required internal or external cables to the expansion board.
9. Install the access panel (on page 27).
10. Slide the server back into the rack.
11. Power up the server (on page 25).
12. Resume normal server operations.
