2. Remove the six Phillips M2.0 × 26.0 screws (2) that secure the top cover to the computer.
3. Insert a thin, at and non-conductive prying tool into the small gap between the top cover and the
computer chassis, and then pry the cases apart.
IMPORTANT: Use a non-conductive tool. A conductive tool can damage the system board, chassis, or
components.
4. Lift the top cover (1) and position it upside down next to the computer (2).
5. Disconnect the cable from the board on the bottom of the top cover (3).
Reverse this procedure to replace the top cover.
