Turning flight mode on or off
Always comply with the flight operator's rules and regulations. If the flight
operator allows flight mode, turn it on to disable your phone's wireless
features.
You can then safely use your phone to listen to music, watch films, and play
games.
Use one of the following methods to turn
Aeroplane mode
on or off:

Press and hold the power button. From the displayed options menu,
choose
Aeroplane mode

On the home screen, touch then the

When flight mode is on, appears in the status bar.
Tone settings

From the settings screen, you can:

Volume
and drag the sliders to set the volume of music, ringtones,
message tones, and more.

Vibration
to set whether your phone vibrates when you have an
incoming call, message, email, event, and more.

Silent mode
to turn silent mode on or off.

Touch
Phone ringtone
to select a ringtone.
•
Touch
Notification tone
to select a tone for messages, emails, events, and
more.
