synchronise your data in the background automatically.

1. On the Accounts & sync screen, choose the account
whose synchronisation settings you want to change.
2. The displayed
Accounts & sync section shows a list
of data that can synchronised.
3. Select the items to be synchronised. Your phone will
start synchronisation immediately.
