Accessing the Phonebook
You can save up to 2000 contacts to the phonebook of the media phone. In addition, you
can save up to four numbers to each contact.
To access the phonebook, you can choose any of the following methods:

Tap on the home screen.

Tap on the home screen to display the list of functions, and then tap Contacts.
The following table lists the icons and their descriptions in the phonebook.
Icon Description
Mobile phone number
Home number
Office number
Fax number
Creating a Contact
To create a contact, do as follows:
Step 1
Access the
Contacts
screen, and then tap
New
.
Step 2
On the
New
screen, tap the
Name
text box.
Step 3
Enter the contact name.
Step 4
Tap
OK
to save the name and exit.
Step 5
On the
New
screen, tap the group drop-down list, and then select a group.

Step 6
Tap the text box corresponding to the number type as required (mobile, home,
office, or fax).
