You can use the Web LCT to configure NE data, including basic data of the NE, IF/ODU information of the
radio link, parameters for the IF ports, and parameters for the ODU ports.

Connect the hand-held terminal to the NMS/COM port on the active system control, cross-connect, and
timing board.
You can use the hand-held tool to configure NE data, including basic data of the NE, IF/ODU information
