2. Installation engineer B places the fiber coiler for coiling optical fibers on the fiber spools,
and installation engineer D lead the lifting sling through the stretch sling of the optical
fibers and use the other sling as a traction sling to secure the cables 4 m (13.12 ft) away
from the lifting sling, as shown in Figure 7-7.

Do not remove the stretch sling and protection pipe or bind optical fibers using one sling, as
shown in Figure 7-8.
