Fault Cause Troubleshooting
After the Smart
Dongle is replaced,
the connection to
the management
system using the
original SIM card
fails.
The SIM card is bound to the original
Smart Dongle.
Contact the carrier of the SIM card
to unbind the SIM card from the
Smart Dongle.
