Try the following:
> Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to restart
your phone or reinstall the battery and power on your phone again.
> If the problem persists, your microSD card may be incompatible
with your phone. Remove the microSD card and try again.
> If the problem persists, perform the following procedure to forcibly
restore your phone to its factory settings:
1.
When your phone is powered off, press and hold the power
button to power it on.
2.
Press and hold the volume down button until an exclamation
mark appears on the screen, which indicates that the restoration
is about to begin.
3.
Press the volume up, volume down, power, and volume down
buttons in sequence. Your phone then restarts and restores its
factory settings.
> If the problem persists, tap Settings
> phone update > check
for updates and update your phone's software.
Before you update your phone, make sure your phone has
sufcient storage space available. You can free up some space by
deleting applications, songs, videos, and other media les.
