I can't log in to my Microsoft account. What can I do?
> Make sure the time zone or time and date are correctly set. Tap

After I connect my phone to a computer, I can't copy
les to and from the computer. What can I do?
Check whether your computer OS supports MTP. (By default, Windows
Vista, Windows 7, and Window 8 support MTP.) If your computer runs
Windows XP, download Windows Media Player 11 from Microsoft's ofcial
website and install it on your computer.
The problem may persist in some simplied Windows OSs that do
not have certain components or provide certain services. If this is
the case, install a full version of the Windows OS.
