Tap the Settings icon at the top-right of the screen, then select Import.
Two storage options will be displayed: the Internal storage and Store N Go,
corresponding to your USB key. Tap the Store N Go option.
Your USB key will appear. Tap its name, then tap Select to open it. All the
folders and files stored on your USB key are now accessible.
Select and tap files to import to the Gallery. They will be automatically
downloaded on your Connect 12.
Exporting a document to a JPG, text or PDF file in the
Android file system or an external drive
In the Gallery, press and hold on the document that you wish to export.
Tap Export.
Select in which file type you wish to export your document. It is possible to
modify some JPG and PDF settings by pressing and holding either the PDF
or JPG option (advanced users only).
Select the Internal storage to export to a specific folder on the device. You
can also select the USB device option if a USB key is placed in the USB
port of the tablet to export it to the USB thumb drive.
Moving an image captured with the distance camera to
the Gallery
In the Distance folder, hold your finger on the image that you wish to move.
Tap Move to Gallery.
The image will be analyzed to find text and display Diamond Edge if text was
found. The file will be renamed to the first found word in document, if text is
found, otherwise, the image will be identified numerically.
The file can also be moved to a different Category, if required.
