Prodigi will download the update and display download progress.
A new window will appear indicating that your software is up to date.
Tap OK to return to Prodigi.

To view the Prodigi software release notes:
Access Settings from the main menu.
Tap System.
Tap Software Update.
Select Release notes, if available.
CHAPTER 15: TROUBLESHOOTING
If the screen is blank
Zoom out of the image for minimum magnification.
The Tablet might be powered Off or in Standby Mode. Tap Power to power
On or to exit Standby Mode.
If colors are difficult to detect
Check if there is sufficient ambient light.
Choose a different contrast or color combination in Settings.
Adjust brightness level in Settings.
If there is a lot of glare
Tilt objects in a different direction to reduce glare.
Reduce Brightness level in Settings.
Reduce external lighting.
If a captured image is too bright or uneven, turn off the light (in the Button
banner) and capture a new image.
If the image/text is out of focus or blurry
Use the Zoom In/Out buttons to zoom in and then out of the image to trigger
the camera’s focus. If required, capture a new image of your document.
Be sure to hold the camera still while capturing an image.
Make sure your Tablet is powered Off and wipe the LED lights and camera
surface on the back side with a soft cleaning tissue.
