If the audio reading does not make sense
Be sure the voice language setting is the same as your document language.
Change it in Settings, if necessary.
If the Tablet is not responding
Make sure the battery is not depleted. Recharge if necessary.
Other issues
Restore Prodigi’s default settings in Prodigi’s menu. Note that this
procedure will erase your preferences in Prodigi.
Reset the Android system completely.
WARNING: This procedure will erase your settings and personal data.
IMPORTANT: It is highly recommended that you remove any saved Gmail
account from your tablet before resetting the Android settings, as you will not be
able to do so after the system reset. Fees may apply if you need to return your
tablet to HumanWare to remove a saved email account.
To remove a saved Gmail account
Open Android Settings.
Tap Passwords & accounts.
Tap the account(s) to be removed.
Tap Remove account.
Tap Confirm.
To reset the Android system
Open Android Settings.
Tap System.
Tap Reset options
Tap Erase all data (factory reset).
Tap Confirm.
