If the SmartView Synergy resets:
• Check all the connections and make sure that
they are plugged in properly.
• Contact Help Desk if the machine keeps resetting.
If the Reading Table does not move:
• Make sure that the Table lock is not engaged.
The Reading Table is locked if the Slider is at
the rightmost position. To unlock and reduce
friction, move the slider to the left.
• Make sure there are no obstructions around
your work area preventing you from moving
the table. The table’s track must also be
unobstructed.
Other problems:
• Turn the SmartView Synergy on and off.
