6.10 Throttle lock, throttle trigger and
return pring  retting

Lubricate all pins and mating surfaces with a light
oil.

Fit the throttle cable (A), throttle control (B) and
spring (C). (see gure 22)

Hold the spring and insert the throttle lock into the
cut-out in the handle. (see gure 23)

Check that the throttle cable casing is in the right
position in the petrol tank. Press in the casing until
it stops. (see gure 23)

Fit the throttle control pin (E) with the help of a
punch. (see gure 24)

Fit the throttle lock (D) by pressing it onto the shaft
in the handle. (see gure 25)

Now loosen the spring.
Cleaning and inspection
Clean and inspect all parts carefully. If there are
any cracks or other defects replace the dama-
ged parts with new ones. Always use original
parts.
Check that the spring is not broken and has not
lost its tension.

Assemble the handle insert using a screw, when
the throttle control, lever, throttle cable and throttle
control lock with pin are tted correctly. (see gure
25)
