The product has become stuck. Free the product and rectify the reason.
The body can not move freely around
the chassis.
Remove dirt or foreign objects between
the chassis and the body to make sure
that the body can move freely around
the chassis.
The body is not properly secured in the
rubber dampers.
Check that the rubber dampers are
properly attached in the body and in
the chassis.
One of the collision sensor magnets is
missing or inverted.
