12V socket
does not work
Battery
voltage
1 Make sure the switch for the 12V socket is on. Enable the
12V socket
2 Do a check of that the key switch is in the “ON” position. Turn the
key switch
to “ON”.
3 Do a check of the 5A “Fuse Power socket”. Replace
fuse
4 Refer to "Low battery voltage".
Wiring
fault
5 Do a check of the blue and black cable and contacts from J4 to the
12V socket.
Repair the
wire or re-
place the
wiring.
6 Do a check of the red cables and connectors from J5 to the switch
for enabling the 12V socket.
Lamp does not
work
Blown
bulb
1 Try swapping bulbs or fit a new. Replace the
bulb
Wiring
fault
2 Do a check of the gray cables and connectors to the lamp that do
not work.
Repair the
wire or re-
place the
wiring.
Both lamps do
not work
Battery
voltage
1 Make sure the switch for the lamps is activated. Activate the
button
2 Do a check of the 5A fuse connected to the light. Replace
fuse
3 Measure the voltage on J2 (pin 3) with the key in “ON” position.
The voltage should be equal to the battery voltage.
Check
steps 3-6.
Wiring
fault
4 Do a check of the orange and blue wire and connectors from J2 to
the switch for the lamps.
Repair the
wire or re-
place the
wiring.
5 Do a check of the wiring as in step 10 and step 11.
