3. Remove the snap ring.
4. Pull off the wheel from the axle.
5. Collect the spacer sleeve and washers from the
axle.
6. Install in opposite sequence.
9.1.6 Rear axle
9.1.6.1 To disassemble the pivoting rear axle
1. Put supports below the product in front of the
articulated steering.
2. Remove the rear wheels. Refer to
To remove and
install the wheels on page 20
.
3. Loosen the locknuts (A) of the steering cables.
4. Hold the cable with a wrench and remove the
adjuster nuts (B).
5. Remove the idler spring.
6. Remove the ball joint for the speed control (A).
7. Remove the clamp on the speed control cable (B)
from the rear frame.
8. Loosen the locknuts (A) and the spring (B).
9. Remove the cable from the parking brake lever (C).
10. Remove the snap ring and lift the hydrostatic
transmission fan.
