7.15 Assembling the intake system

Tighten the inlet bellows. Make sure the nipple D
is attached to the pump hose, see fi gure 60.

Press the fuel intake together on the inlet bellows
E and thread on the fi tting cone F, see fi gure 61.

Refi t the tank unit. Insert the fi tting cone as shown
in fi gure 62. Use pliers with a shrinkable tube to
insert the air intake bellows B and C, see fi gures
57 and 62. Pull off the fi tting cone and make sure
the bellows is placed correctly.

Push the nipple back through the grommet to the
saw chain tank and fi t the tank unit.

Assemble the vibration elements as shown in fi gu-
res 55 and 56.
Fit the:
• carburettor
• handle cover
• air fi lter
holder
• air fi lter
• air fi lter
housing
• clutch cover
